As we prepare for Thanksgiving celebrations this coming week, many of us are counting the days until that special time with family and friends, tables full of amazing foods, competitive football rivalries and possibly even some Black Friday shopping.  Some of us will be traveling long distances to be “home” for the holiday.  Let’s be sure to take time to remember what Thanksgiving is all about, one of this country’s finest traditions.
