Low-Rider Holster (Swan) (C-1)
A great low-riding holster.
Unlike the traditional belt holster, which places the firearm high and onto the rib cage, the Swan allows a full size semi-auto to lay close to body, below belt and onto hip. For the female physique,ย this allows for moreย room and movement between your grip and unholstering, allowing a comfortable carry a full size firearms.
With the Swan holster, the firearm is in a much better position.ย It sits Low on hip, even with belt line. The butt of the gun doesn’t stick into ribs and with this position, the grip of the firearm is much more accessible.
Each Swan holster is handmade and custom made for YOUR favorite firearm!
The design is slim and rides close to hip so it is extremely comfortable to wear standing or sitting.
Holster remains open so re-holstering is safe & easy! ย It allows for a full combat grip and one hand holstering which can be important if you need your other hand.
With a re-inforced molded belt channel on the back, the Swan safely retains the firearm even if bending over.
The leather belt slots can fit up to 1-1/2 gun belt(2 layer) or 1-3/4 regular belt (1 layer)
Interchangeable holster attachment-belt loop or paddle (clip on) options. If you choose “both” that means you will get both a paddle and belt loop attachment, so you can interchange the holster attachment.
Stop buying off the shelf and treat yourself to the best holster you will ever own! The Swan – available for men and women.
“The Swan” Made in the USA, this full leather, outside waist band belt holster.
Women are shaped differently and our shorter waists make traditional holster styles uncomfortable, creating awkward draw positions, this holster eliminates the problem with women drawing.
Several years ago I blew-out my shoulder and despite reconstructive surgery, never regained the freedom of movement that I once had, making it very difficult to draw a pistol from a holster. Almost all concealed carry holsters ride very high, only exacerbating the problem. I wasn’t familiar with MTR Custom Leather, but when I saw their “Low Rider” paddle holster, I had to try it. Although MTR markets their “Low Rider” holster primarily to women to accommodate a woman’s hips, lowering the holster an inch allows me to draw my weapon with ease, and a whole lot less pain. I should add that quality of the leather, stitching and workmanship that went into my MTR holster is absolutely wonderful. My “Low Rider” holster fits my Beretta Cheetah perfectly….not too tight….not too loose….just right. Nice job MTR!
Iโm very happy with the new holster I bought the low rider with both the clip on and belt loop options the clip on was a bit too loose for me personally if they would add a hard plastic backing to give the leather a little more rigidity I think that would stiffen it up some but the belt loop attachment works great for me also if the belt clip on attachment screw holes lined up with the holster so you could give it another option just my 2 cents that would be great too but the fit and looks of the holster are excellent and well worth the wait I would definitely by another holster from them
High quality holster. This is my second one from MTR, and will not be my last. I had a thumb break added to mine with the paddle/loop option for a Glock 19. Took a while to get, but worth the wait. Iโm satisfied, well done MTR.
